I guess it is the end of the snowbird season for me. This morning, I am disconnecting the motor home's umbilical cords and am headed north. I am driving to Cincinnati to attend the National Genealogical Society's annual conference next week. (See http://www.ngsgenealogy.org/cs/conference_info for details.)
Google Maps says it is a two-day trip. I plan to drive slowly, stop often, and perhaps even do a bit of sightseeing along the way. Therefore, I expect my trip will require three or four days. I should end up in an RV campground in the outer Cincinnati suburbs, perhaps north of the city.
The following weekend, I plan to go to the Dayton Hamvention (see http://www.hamvention.org/), the annual ham radio convention being held in Dayton, only about 55 or 60 miles further north.
If anyone knows of a nice RV campground that is about equi-distant between Cincinnati and Dayton, I'd appreciate if you could post a note below giving your recommendation. Otherwise, I am limited to the online recommendations.
